Benefit Call Center Hours and Phone Number:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
Saturday – Sunday: Closed

TDD/TTY: The TDD/TTY line is restricted to calls for the deaf and hard of hearing. No calls will be taken on this line unless the caller requires such service due to being deaf or hard of hearing.  Phone: 317-232-7560

File by Phone: If you do not have access to a computer or smart phone to file for UI, you can use our file by phone number. If you use this service, you will not have access to a UI account in the Uplink system and all UI information must be obtained through the file by phone system: 1-800-298-6650
