Public Records Requests

All public records requests to the Indiana Department of Administration from citizens must be requested through our General Counsel.

Public records requests must be submitted in writing, preferably as an e-mail, utilizing a basic records request format. A fee of ten cents per page will be charged for hard copies of records.
