Coroner Case Management System

Indiana Coroner Case Management System (INCCMS) is a comprehensive system created for Indiana coroners. The purpose of INCCMS is to provide coroners an easier system for documenting death records. The INCCMS was implemented in 2014 and training on the new system started in 2017.

As of August 2020, 70 county coroners have been providing death data to the state. If any county coroner office is interested in learning more about the INCCMS,  please contact Ramzi Nimry, the Trauma and Injury Prevention Program Director of the IDOH Division of Trauma and Injury Prevention at 317- 234 -7321 or rnimry@isdh.in.gov.

The software vendor supporting the INCCMS is ImageTrend from Minneapolis, MN. ImageTrend has been a partner of IDOH for many years as it has been providing repository for the Patient (Trauma) Registry and EMS Registry.
