Standardized Policies
The following standardized policies are issued by the Indiana State Personnel Department (SPD) and apply to those state government agencies and employees identified in the scope of each policy statement which includes an overview of the state's policy on these topics. Responsibilities are assigned and procedures for implementation are described in the Responsibilities & Procedures section of each policy.
