Exhibition Requirements

Good grooming. Top genetics. Hard work. A lot goes into a champion. But some exhibitors lose sight of one essential factor: Healthy stock. Judges can recognize signs of common ailments, and, as a producer, you should, too. This sheet highlights some of the most common livestock diseases that surface in the show ring. By working with a veterinarian, then showing only healthy animals, you can prevent the spread of disease, protect your investment, and show like a champion.

2021 Exhibition Requirements 

• The 2021 Indiana State Fair pre-entry movement permit number is "INSF21" and must be noted on the certificate of veterinary inspection (CVI).

• The Federal Premises Identification Number for the Indiana State Fairgrounds that should be recorded on all associated CVIs is: 00C6T69

• The physical address for the Indiana State Fairgrounds that should be recorded on all associated CVIs is: 1202 E 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46205  

Exhibition Notification

BOAH must be notified of all exhibitions at least 10 days prior to the event.
