Nonrule Policy Documents

 

A state agency may issue statements in the conduct of its affairs that interpret, supplement, or implement a statute. Where these statements are not adopted as rules and are not intended to have the effect of law, they are required to be delivered to the Legislative Services Agency for publication in the Indiana Register as Nonrule Policy Documents. IC 4-22-7-7(a) and (b). The agency is also required to maintain a list of these documents. IC 4-22-7-7(c). Following is the Commission's listing of Nonrule Policy Documents and Resolutions:
