Free Printed License Card

After creating or siging into your Access Indiana, single sign-on account, you can print off a free copy of your license by clicking here.

Permanent License Card and Wall Certificate

If you wish to purchase a blue card stock wallet card and wall certificate, they are available for purchase for a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per copy. You can purchase a card and certificate by clicking here.

Digital Certification (not a license card)

If you wish to purchase a digital certification, it is available for purchase for a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per copy, plus an access fee. The digital certification is not a license card, but can be used to certify your licensure status in the State of Indiana. The digital certification is a quick and easy way to verify licensure in Indiana for other states (for purposes like application for licensure) and/or employers. Please follow all instructions carefully.  IPLA does not mail or email verifications.
