License Verification
If you are seeking license and exam verification from the State of Indiana you will need to purchase a digital certification from the following link, http://www.in.gov/pla/verify.htm. You will be required to save the certification to your system. You will then need to email the digital verification document to pla10@pla.in.gov. We will process your license verification and/or exam results once the digital verification is received by the Indiana Board.
