Unlicensed Practice of Real Estate

Indiana law requires an individual performing certain acts to possess a professional license, and to follow any applicable laws and administrative rules. The Indiana Real Estate Commission has the authority to find an individual in violation of these laws when they perform those acts that would require a real estate license. Below are causes in which the Commission found a violation, and ordered the individual to cease and desist the practice causing the violation.
