Reinstate a license
I used to be a real estate broker, but I let my license expire. Now I want to return to the business. What do I need to do?If your license has been in an expired status for less than three (3) years, you may simply renew the license and may be able to renew online. If your license is expired three (3) or more years, you will need to complete a license reinstatement to bring your license back into an active status. License reinstatement consists of the application for reinstatement, reinstatement fee of $120.00, completion of 36 hours of continuing education (taken within last 3 years) and passage of the licensing examination.
