Waiver of Distance Learning Continuing Education Hours Cap: The Respiratory Care Committee has waived 844 IAC 11-5-3(d), removing the maximum hour of continuing education hours which may be obtained through correspondence courses. This waiver is set to expire at the end of the public health emergency. A copy of the waiver can be found HERE. 

Critical Fingerprinting: The following license types have been deemed critical by the Indiana Department of Administration and will be given priority for the purposes of getting fingerprinting completed.

PLA Remote Work: In response to COVID-19 and the impact it is having on the State of Indiana, the Professional Licensing Agency will have the majority of our staff working remotely in the coming weeks.
